You all know about visualization. Roughly speaking, "if you think it, it will come". The idea is that if you visualize yourself healthy, thin, rich, successful, etc. etc. hard enough and often enough, you will reach this goal.
Anyway, I’m sure you’re not here to read my babble, and you really want me to get to the first “visualization” posting of the year, right? Well, here we go!
When I started watching the TED talk below, I felt that it was wholey unoriginal (we are just getting through the period of network theory where every presentation presents a power law).

First, I might disappoint you. If you are the person who thinks that you can simply visualize, use affirmations, mediatate and use the law of attraction, and you will manifest lots of money, Im sure you will be disappointed. You must do some work to manifest the money or whatever else you want.
The law of attraction can send you opportunities, systems, people and necessary tools, so that you attract what you want, but you still need to take some action. If you are the person who thinks that action is not necessary, you can stop reading now. If you are a person who is ready to take some action and is looking for opportunities to make some money keep on reading.

For example some people are afraid of flying. Why? Probably because they have heard about some plane crashes and that all of the people died in those accidents. Of course plane accidents do happen, and usually all of the people who are in such accidents die. But the same people who are afraid of flying are usually not afraid of traveling in cars and on buses. Cars accidents cause many more deaths than airplane accidents. The probability of dieing in the car accident is much higher than in plane accident. Flying is the safest way of traveling. So, why people are afraid of flying? Like with most phobias the reason is that they do not control their minds.
